Howdy, my name is Jordan. Glad you're here! I started Marrow & Tallow as a way to help folks better understand the value of beef beyond just "Whats For Dinner." Tallow is an excellent way to tap into the many benefits that beef & bison have to offer, but there is so much more to the story that you & I are writing together. Our mission is to continue in rediscovery of ancestral remedies & to find new ways to put the whole animal to use, while creating an alternative to chemicals, seed oils & preservatives found in mainstream skincare.
